The Green Fork – food with a green conscience

Stands that display the Green Fork sign put sustainability at the heart of their services. The label applies to the food served and the ingredients used, with a strong focus on seasonality, regionality, eco-friendliness and animal welfare. The food served is made with high-quality, fair produce with a minimized resource-footprint. The label was rolled out in a pilot test in 2022 and has been established since 2023. 

Participating stands on the event site can be found at the Hafentor on Jan-Fedder-Promenade (Fish & Chips) and on Jan-Fedder-Promenade / Baumwall (Café Calamaro).

At your service – accessible toilets

On the event site, there are two public toilets that are fully accessible or which you can get to using accessible public transport.

• Public toilets at Niederhafen – Vorsetzen: The toilets are located below the Jan-Fedder-Promenade.
• Public toilets at Landungsbrücken: The toilets are located at Brücke 4, Souvenir Münzpresse.

You can reach both locations via the U/S station Landungsbrücken with the U3 and the S-Bahn lines S1, S2 and S3.
